Genevieve & Johnson Win Nollywood Awards

The first Nollywood Movie Awards at the Civic Centre in Lagos yesterday saw Genevieve Nnaji and Ramsey Nouah win the Viewer’s Choice Award in the female and male categories respectively.

Mercy Johnson won the Best Actress of the Year for the film, Weeping Soul while Joe Benjamin won the Best Actor of the Year for the movie, Tango With Me. The awards were hosted by Julius Agwu and Kate Henshaw while the red carpet was anchored by the lively Denrele and Rukky Sanda.
